i hope this works
i got a screen shot of my new page screen web page showing a black insert button instead of the blue one
i cannot access the drop down blocks menu from this dead button

but i was not able to open that screen shot app.
i will try again
if i am unable to do it tonight i will repost tomorrow

I tried to download and install the screen shot app you recommended but my computer freezes when i open it. why do you not just go into my dashboard and see for yourself.
I will send you the password etc

this shows that the button is blue and a drop down menu appears

please help me set this up
