Tried your settings as suggested and it still failed. Then exported form and put it onto a new test page on another of my HTTPS sites. Imported, added paypal credentials and it still failed exactly as before???
Played around with test form, deleting unnecessary fields like address and it suddenly worked!!! No idea why but the submit form has gone from being there saying something like ‘Pay here’ to the paypal / credit card bars.
Exported and imported back onto original site and it all works fine at the moment?????
I really can’t understand what happened but can only say thanks for all your help and hope it stays working ok ??

I tried sandbox and it was exactly the same error.
Downloaded previous versions by just going to plugins add new then upload plugin which overwrites newer version (is that correct?).
Now v1.16.2, Still same result.
I have previously deleted paypal field and re-inserted.
I did expect to be asked for paypal api etc. but wasn’t.
Does it matter we aren’t HTTPS?

Thanks a lot, I decided to remove those files which were corrupt anyway and re-installed dropbox connection, now all ok.
Is there any reason why PHP files didn’t ought to be backed up?

I don’t think this is relevant but YITH System status Information has an error saying `Available Memory 40 MB
WooCommerce needs at least 64 MB of available memory
Read more here or contact your hosting company in order to increase it.`
We only use woocommerce for displaying items with no online payments?

That won’t quite work as our elderly people perhaps can’t / won’t pay that way with the 2 hours and the booking is lost!
We are very pleased with it going pending and counting but would like some indication to us that its not been paid, then we can contact them.
Maybe an abandoned cart email to us which would save us having to check each booking to see if its left pending.

Many, many thanks, that seems to sort it for us as we can see its pending and can then chase for the money.
And more people can’t book on top of them.
It would be great to know they haven’t paid without looking at registrations but I think thats asking toooo much ??

Hi Alan, I was excited when I saw there was a QEM update hoping our problem was sorted.
I tried it and unless we have missed something it doesn’t seem to be?
It is important for us as a lot of our bookers are elderly and don’t understand paypal or lost password etc.
And it is embarrassing to have to cancel people after they have supposedly booked!
