ok so:

• no lists to remove in “marketing”
• publish a list not working too
• downgrade plugin to 2.37.15 seems to be the only workaround for now

I tried your advice, but I don’t have any list in marketing>lists ; neither “published” nor “draft” nor “trashed” (optin /optout).

Oops. Ive read a bit to fast. I will try to publish a list or downgrade. Thanks for your complete answer, I’ll keep you informed.

Everything is fine – then I copy the url link and put it on a private session browser to download = broken.
Get ID / Metakey again, no matter where I download it again after that.

No, I use the public URL without restriction “everyone can download”
And no, didn’t use any cache plugin on this website.

I’ll keep this thread up to date if I get some news from Perks support or if I find a concrete culprit!

mmmh I’m test some things too, the issue seems related to the excel url but I don’t completely understand what and when it happen.

It does, my 3 custom fields populate with GP are messy after download:
I put this link on a email notification and it seems to brokes “GP populate anything” form fields when I download it from a web browser without being connected. Pretty strange no?

Sorry to come back… All is fine except if I download your Excel report from a profile which is not Admin.
Example: connected with an Editor profile, I download by the link the Excel = I get metakey/ID again. And after that, even if I switch with a Admin profile I still get Metakey/id. (not working anymore)

I must rollback my database to get it work again. (in Admin profile)

Is there something to do?

I restored my database and “client dash” before their massive update, and it works!

so the problem seems coming from their plugin!

“does this plugin modify menus inside /wp-admin/ ?”
Not sure to understand the question, but I can say that the plugin “client dash” doesn’t modify capabilities, only the “skin” dashboard
