    Hello!

I want to provide both options to site visitors either to review/rate the product or post comments (questions/inquiries) without rating the product.

I tried your another plugin WooDiscuz for product inquiries
and YITH Advanced Reviews for product reveiws and ratings
Both have different tabs on product page
But if somebody post comment on WooDiscuz tab, it also shows in YITH Advanced Reviews tab.

So the best solution is wpDiscuz as it gives both options together!!

and its compatibility with WooCommerce will really make it the best plugin on earth.

May I know by when we can expect the update with WooCommerce compatibility?

    Hi

Thanks for your reply. I tried and I even checked all three options.. Before Comment Form, Before Content, After Content… but still not showing anywhere. It is also enabled in comment form manager.

I have noticed some more issues. I posted two new comments with rating. But the number of reviews did not change on product tab and below product title.

If you can provide me your email, I can send you admin access link.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Gagan,

Thanks for your reply and first of all congrats on reaching 50K active installations for this very useful plugin.

I’m using latest wordpress verion 5.5.1

    My website is https://cindyscloset.ae/rent

I have installed Xstore theme by 8theme.com

I’m using WMPL and Woocommerce Multilngual for multi-language and multi-currency features and wanted to show the Language and Curreny Switchers as a nevigation menu items which is possible with your plugin by adding shortcodes.

    For currency switcher below code:
    [currency_switcher] or [currency_switcher format=”%code%”]
and for language switcher I still have to go through this tutorial:
    https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-coding-api/shortcodes/

For animated icons on menu items, I’m using “WP Menu Icons” plugin by AccessPress Themes

    I tried both ways..

    1. using “Custom Link” box to add shortcode in place of URL

    2. using “Shortcode” box itself (currently active on website for you to check – see the last menu item)

(2nd one is showing the switcher but animated icons, alignment etc. are lost)
(1st one shows the animated icons but not switcher)
