I’m not sure why it’s loading twice, I’ve followed various threads to try and resolve that issue (not sure if it’s related or not) – but nothing.

I’ve now got to the stage where I have deleted everything from my host, done a complete fresh install of WordPress, reinstalled the 2014 theme, created the child theme style.css child and functions.php files from scratch (style.css is blank except the header) and the site is STILL using an old, deleted style.css file from an old twentyfourteen child theme.

I’ve been at this for days and days, I just cannot understand where it is pulling it from. At the moment it looks like my only option is to try a totally different theme, which I really don’t want to do.

I have no idea what I’m missing.

Thanks, that seems to have restored the colours to the original, but still not affected the css styling (i.e. page centering, primary navbar, etc.).

It’s one step further I suppose!!…

It’s https://rockandrollfood.co.uk/ – it now looks all over the place because it’s inheriting some CSS from somewhere and I have no idea where!!!
