Hi there, thanks so much, we are not using a plugin to manage feeds so wouldn’t be able to go that route. When we disabled Yoast the feed worked fine, so we’ll routinely deactivate it until we find a non conflicting seo solution. Thanks.

Thanks for this follow up. I deactivated Yoast, and got this below… I plan to still use yoast, is there some sort of setting i need to change? So i can reactivate it again?

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

• line 1278, column 0:?content:encoded should not contain meta tag?

Hi there, just wanted to share an update, that the trashing and rescheduling as a new post worked. The bug seems to be in posts scheduled that were created prior to some unknown date. The post that sucessfully posted today- on FB, autoposting, was created maybe 2 weeks ago, all posts prior to that in our scheduling queue have not been sucessful.

Since this seems to be an issue based on when the post was created, we’ll just continue manually posting to FB, until the older scheduled posts are cleared from the queue.

Hi there, just wanted to share that the toggling FB on and off did not work.

We’ll try the second option on our next post monday.

Ok, thank you. We have toggled our post going live on Thursday at 9am… we will check back and let you know once that posts.

As you can see, this post didn’t post to facebook from jetpack as the screenshot showed. Several people have mentioned that it looks like the post is marked as “skip”… all of our posts always have this box checked as this automation is the only reason we have this plugin…

Is there something i can check in my website code, that would be causing this every time a post is scheduled?

Hello again, yep, it always says that it was “skipped” post posting… but we always have that box checked… so if it’s coming unchecked… it’s not from us.

I can share the screenshot of the post scheduled to go live and post to FB on Thursday, 9 am. Since it’s been a week, I already deleted the screenshot from the last post.

Sure, you’re welcome to try. For clarity, it’s only scheduled posts that aren’t sharing to FB. Posts just published, and not scheduled, share to FB fine.

Just an update. Scheduled post, still didn’t post.

Hi there, no, that was shared manually after the post posted on our website. Since we still need to be sharing to facebook, we’ve been manually sharing every post to the FB connection after it posts, since it no longer posts automatically through Jetpack.

We have a post this morning, scheduled at 9am, with the Jetpack FB box checked. We’ll see if it auto posts….. and then of course, if not we’ll share it manually.
