I am getting the same problem but after login. I have not installed any plug in. Have you found the answer yet?

I re installed files to get it to work but now get this is error after logging in:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in \\premfs2\sites\premium6\innerwest\webroot\wordpress\wp-includes\capabilities.php on line 19

there does not seem to be a problem with the file because it is as it was downloaded.

this is the error…is it because of a windows server?
