However after deactivating Jetpack, my audio player no longer displays on my posts. So I can either have no preview (with Jetpack activated) or no audio player (with Jetpack deactivated).

Now seems to be working okay.

Actually, around 10 of my existing 29 posts do have the audio line showing and playing correctly (numbers 2 through 11), but I can’t see how any of the code is different in these posts.
