hmmm….i removed the “more” tag and it went back to normal. not sure why this happened. it’s never done that before. how can i prevent that in the future? thanks for the help whooami!

i figured out the problem partly. the top post is causing it. when i saved it as draft and removed it from the homepage, everything went back to normal. any idea what could be in that post that affects the css on the home page?

check it out now again…it’s still messed up.

i had this problem on haironthebrain.com but i re-installed wp-includes and it went away. i think the site is still compromised though as after publishing a post (which has now been removed) we saw the sidebar and some other formatting to be messed up. will continue to monitor the situation…

i got the “Magic” thing to go away, but now i am having issues with the sidebar and some other things on the blog. do you think it’s related? what else can i do to fix this problem? the blog i’m referring to:

i am using WP 2.7.1 – can i upload wp-includes from WP 2.8.2 or does it need to be the wp-includes from 2.7.1? if so, where can i get that?

i’m having the same problem. how do i re-upload /wp-includes? thanks!

I would like to add that I am having problems with both widgets disappearing and widget logic not working well on 2.8. I used it on 2.7 fine but for a new blog I started (eaglerockhomesforsale) I’m seeing widgets disappear left and right!
