In reply to: [Autoptimize] cache filling up quicklyThe cache was full again this morning. I already looked in the bottom right corner and on mine it’s not showing anywhere. I don’t know if it could be anything to do with the host ? I’m not sure I understand the point your making, I’m not gauging it by the number of files in file manager. Autoptomize shows a guage in the wordpress dashboard and that used to run for ages not it is filling up every day. Am I missunderstanding anything your saying ?

In reply to: [Autoptimize] cache filling up quicklyThanks Frank
It’s almost full already and I havent even been doing any work on the site for weeks. I would have thought File explorer could give you that information at a glance but if it does, I cant see how ?
Cheers

In reply to: [Autoptimize] cache filling up quicklyIm in file manager looking. In order to be accurate is there a way to see how many files are in the folder at a glance or do I need to manually count them ?

In reply to: [Autoptimize] cache filling up quicklyGotya thanks. The only change i could make was unticking aggregate all inline css. everything else was set as you recommended but hopefully that will be enough to fix it. Thank you for your patience and persistence !

In reply to: [Autoptimize] cache filling up quicklyThank you sincerely for getting back to me but I cant see any of those settings. I can see ‘optimise javascript code’ and ‘optimise css code’. Is that the same as aggregate ?
I cant see the exclude setting at all.
Do you know why I cant see these settings ?
Thanks
Andrew

In reply to: [Media Library Categories] taxonomiesThanks Jeffrey
I appreciate it gives that filter, i’m just trying to figure out what happens on the search results based on the respective ‘yes’ or ‘no’ choice. The reason I ask is I use Yoast and they have a feature to redirect attachment urls to the attachment itself. Most of my images are not optimised and a lot are completely irrelvant or test drafts so results could come up looking bad but also it avoid thin content. I have that setting to yes and have been trying to work with them regards the best way to set your taxonomy search appearance feature and they are not sure and advised me to get your thoughts on the question I sent you below. So my question isnt about the feature; I guess you could say its about the ‘benefit’ or output created in the search engines by a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ choice.
Thanks
