As Ive repeatedly told you, I’m not using Premium and given this experience will never use it again. If you cant help me download the redirects without blackmailing me in to buying your premium plugin, tell me how to delete the redirects from my database.

Naturally I am extremely unhappy to hear this and feel like I’m being bullied in to paying for Yoast Premium which is not going to happen. If you cannot / will not help me download the redirects your plugin installed in my database, at least tell me how to delete them, so that I stop getting these issues ?

I guess so and your thoughts on the noindex alerts please ?

I did purchase the premium version but I didn’t renew the licence when it came to renewal, so I now only have the free version, hence why I’m asking for help in the forum. However, are you saying as this is a question about my previous premium licence, I can come to you direct ?

Hi John. You can export them as csv using yoast premium but i downgraded to the free version of yoast. So I cant download it using yoast, I will need to find some other way to retrieve them from the database ?

OK, that’s fine, I was on a call with my host earlier and we actually did a restore for another reason, so all good. Thanks buddy

This is a bit above my head. So is this file in file manager or my database and if they are there are they active or do I need to download and import them in to my redirect plugin. I don’t need your advice on the import, there is a simple import function in the plugin, just need to know if they require a plugin to make them work or if they are active in the database regardless ?

As I’ve already explained to your team I no longer have Yoast premium, I downgraded to the free version as I can’t afford the renewal. They told me the redirects would be stored in my database. So as per my question, I’m just asking what file they would be stored in, then I can simply download them myself, no need for a plugin.

Hi Suwash, sorry, I didnt notice a notification email from WP
Those links don’t work but I don’t think its the right plugin anyway. My need isnt importing in to the plugin its more a matter of advice of pulling the information from my cpanel. I dont where I go to get that. I assume I go in to file manager but I need a bit of guidance from there as I’m not very experienced. Thanks, Andrew
