In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce Check payments are not workingHi there,
Thank you for explaining!
I’m not able to replicate the issue using the core features of WooCommerce.
Are there any error logs in **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs**? If yes, could you share them with us?
Furthermore, the step by step process with you so we can try to replicate it on our end.
Best wishes,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 4.6.2 version: Woocommerce does not display in my dashboardHey,
I think there is still a style problem or something since we also received this email from WordPress:
Se ha producido un error del tipo E_ERROR en la línea 49 del archivo /home/granelet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-regenerate-images.php. Mensaje de error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WC_Regenerate_Images_Request’ not found in /home/granelet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-regenerate-images.php:49
That sounds like a PHP version issue. If you’re running an older version of PHP than 7.2, please consider upgrading and let us know if the issue is still there.
Best wishes,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Adding Add To Cart to Product Category pagesHi there,
I can see they are almost there, but I’ve looked a bit more into this and came up with this code:
.woocommerce div.product form.cart .button { padding: 10px 40px; button: font-family 'Montserrat'; font-size: 14px; text-transform: uppercase; } .woocommerce div.product form.cart .button::after { top: 5px; }
I hope this helps!
Hi there,
I hope you’re well!
What you’re currently describing can be achieved with the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension. Here are some relevant docs on how to use the trial period with a sign-up fee:

Best wishes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Categories Widget Link OrderHi there,
I’ve tested the code above using the Code Snippets plugin and it re-ordered the categories accordingly in the Product categories widget.
If you’ve added the code in another way, please give this a shot and let us know how it went.
Best wishes,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error wp-json, error 500Hi there,
Hello good afternoon.
I have a problem with a website that keeps giving errors:
https://prnt.sc/vawys1
https://prnt.sc/vawywc
https://prnt.sc/vawz51It appears these errors are related to the Analytics and the reviews of a certain product. May I know if those products have a bigger amount of reviews than the ones which load?
This is usually a server related error. Please check the following:
- If your server meets the requirements for running WooCommerce in an optimal way: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
- The last version of WooCommerce is 4.7.0. I encourage you to use the latest version in order to avoid any outdated issues.
- Run a conflict test as explained here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts
You can learn more about troubleshooting the WooCommerce site by checking out these articles as well:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/get-help/troubleshooting-get-help/
I hope this helps!
Warm regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce price slider issue in RTL modeHi there,
Thank you for reaching us!
The demo videos have expired and we aren’t able to check them but it sounds like you’re using a specific plugin on your site as the WooCommerce plugin doesn’t have a price slider option by default. If you’re using WooCommerce Blocks, please note that this appears to be fixed:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gutenberg-products-block/issues/1624
If the issue occurs with a theme like Storefront, please do let us know and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot further.
Best wishes,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 4.6.2 version: Woocommerce does not display in my dashboardHey,
Thank you for letting us know!
I’ve also replied in the other thread, so feel free to ignore that one.
For now, as this only appears to be happening in Chrome, I encourage you to clear the browser cache and disable and extension you might have to see if the behavior changes. Also, trying it in incognito mode could help.
If you have any pending updates on the Chrome browser, I recommend updating as well. You can see if you’re running the latest version by checking this site:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce plugin update problemHi there,
>I have problem when I update WooCommerce plugin the products on the page where is the WC plugin just get lost. Also sometime I can not reach WP dashboard because of that, so in C-panel I have to make to be as it was or hosting support update it for me.
What you’re experiencing sounds like a plugin conflict. I encourage you to run a conflict test as described below:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
If the issue persists, please share a few screenshots of the logs you see in the browser console as well as in WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
@iciaretxebarria It appears the issue you’re having could be similar, but we’re not entirely sure. I found a few references about a caching plugin that created these issues. I encourage you to clear the site’s cache using that plugin and if that doesn’t work right away to try and disable it. Finally, taking the conflict test route as @maxlablife would be a good next step. I the issue is different from @maxlablife’s please open a new thread and share the error logs as well as the System Status Report with us.
I hope this helps!
