copy and paste will not work. Recreate a new block with the same content.
You should replace older blocks in newsletters you wish duplicate. For each old block that cannot be edited, create a new block and replicate the data, then delete the old block.

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Duplicate NewsletterIt’s working fine for me now, I duplicated the email I sent out yesterday without problems today. All the newsletters that I created and sent in the past four weeks still do not allow me to duplicate successfully, but that’s water under the bridge now, so I’m back to normal.
Can you try going back to a newsletter created before mid-May and see if it can be duplicated successfully?

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Duplicate NewsletterI can only duplicate a newsletter that has never been sent. Create a new one and never send it. Use that to duplicate others.
With the fix, this should allow us to go forward normally, but those newsletter that have already been affected cannot be used to duplicate.

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Duplicate NewsletterI’ve been keeping a template to copy when starting newsletters, since duplicating a newsletter that was already sent out is not working. I believe this will be fixed soon.
After sending a newsletter, using the duplicate function to create a new one. The new one presents the odd formatting and there seems to be no way to convert it back to the builder. My only solution is to keep one newsletter that has never been sent, in order to duplicate that one for future use.
I am having the same problem. I went back to a previous email template and duplicated it with success. This issue should be resolved quickly, please.
some info from the liquid web support staff.
I found that this site has over 19,000 ‘POST’ requests to the /wp-cron.php file from 05/29/19 – 05/31/19. Anything that has to do with scheduling posts or publications and really anything date/time oriented is governed by the wp-cron.php file. These scheduled tasks will consume CC’s(Compute Cycles), which leads me to believe either your sites theme or plugins are the issue.
6317 POST /wp-cron.php (# of POST made on 05/29/19)
5942 POST /wp-cron.php (# of POST made on 05/30/19)

381 207.246.249.205 “POST /wp-cron.phpYou can see that the 207.246.*.* IP[range] addresses are our servers’ outbound IP’s, this indicates that plugins are making outbound calls to complete their tasks/requests. So while your traffic isn’t high enough to cause this issues scheduled tasks are consuming more PHP/resources to complete tasks.

I can confirm that the ability to add links to text in the text block, as well as assign color, seems to be working. Thank you.
Pleased to know I am not crazy after all. Looking forward to an update.
Previously, the text block editor allowed more control over the text in it’s block. I could choose colors, choose text to make into a link, but those choices are gone. If, instead of choosing a text block to drag, I choose an HTML block to drag, it requires me to write my own html code for that block.
Here is what the simple text block looks like to me.

As you can see, no ability to choose a color or make a link.
I am using the classic editor on this site, not Gutenberg; does that make a difference?
one simple issue — when adding a text block that contains links, I see no way to make the link text into a URL as was easy before. I know that most email readers will properly identify URL text and light it up, but I’m wondering where this simple feature has gone in the text block editing window.
Are you using the first template? It’s the responsive drag and drop composer. Drag the block where you want them.
