It seems like I can’t use any other template because then the shortcode parameters don’t work. Is this a bug? I tried using floattype=”left” on the default template but I get a diagonal result.

Is there also a way where I can show ONLY the images and no text at all? Not even a heading.

Despite desperately uninstalling, deleting, and reinstalling the theme, my theme options page is blank ?? I really don’t want to switch to another theme as this one is simply amazing. Please help! I am willing to give my ftp and/or admin login to the thinkup theme staff to sort this out! I commend the support!

The photos dont seem to be showing up, just a small thumbnail?

Thanks. Interestingly enough, the thumbs folder itself was already 755 but the file within them were at 600, thus causing the problem. So I changed the file to 644 and I can successfully see the thumbnails now.

The issues are with both the thumbs folder and the uploads/wppa folder it seems.

Every time I upload an image, the default permission is set to 600 instead of 644. Is there anyway around this?

Well I had to install a plug in to get it to work, but even that is buggy, as if I wish to add a second video, or if I put a line above the youtube line to get some space between the tab and the video, the video dissapears.

I will remove the plugin so you can have a look, if you don’t mind? I really wish to keep your plugin and it is the best looking tab plugin thus far.

Hi, Okay here is the updated verdict. Thank you for your great support thus far:

I reactivated your plugin, And have created a new test gallery and uploaded one photo. As expected, the broken icon reappeared. So I went into my FTP and found the following:

Inside wp-content/uploads/wppa the image permissions are automatically being set to 600 instead of 644

I hope this helps you in troubleshooting my issue. How can i successfully upload my photos to WPPA+ with the proper permissions?
