Can you please confirm that it does what you were looking for?

Sorry for the late reply. The plugin is indeed compatable with WooCommerce HPOS. We just forgot to add the declaration. Considering this is just a few lines of code, we uploaded the fix to the same version of the plugin. It is not worth creating another release and triggering another update for such a minor thing.

So to fix your issue can you please:

1. Deactivate the plugin
2. Uninstall it
3. Reinstall it

That will do the trick. Can you please follow the above and let us know how you manage?

I can confirm that we are not adding any particual formatting or things mentioned in this thread. Could it be that your theme or another component is adding them?

I am afraid I do not understand what the issue is. If you are referring to the “2FA code page” we do not apply any CSS etc, we just add a note using the default / standard WordPress login page notifications.

We do not pass any data to the Authy or any other 2FA app in regards to the website’s icon when setting up 2FA for the user. The only data that is passed is related to the user’s 2FA setup. It seems that typically, these type of apps use the favicon of the website in question This is a standard approach for fetching recognizable icons in web services and applications.

I’ve looked at the error in your other post, which is coming from this file:

/var/www/wp-content/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/addons/melapress-login-security.php

The file melapress-login-security.php is the main file of our plugin, however, based on the above, it seems that our plugin is being added as an addon in the plugin?Import and export users and customers.

We are not aware of such an integration or how this is being done. We have never worked with the developer of that plugin, although we’re always happy to look into that possibility. But for now, the best way forward to solve this is to work with the other plugin’s vendor.

If there are some problems with some integration they are doing, they can always get in touch directly with us.

Also, we will not be looking into this particular thing or sharing any feedback before we start looking into the next update, which could be months for now.
