Ditto ??
I thought I had this working, but it has a bug.
As mentioned, I have 18 items in my feed.
If the count value is set to above 20, e.g. 21 or higher, then the widget reverts to displaying just 10.
If the count is 20 or below, it works.
So the suggestion or fix is to make that work with more than 20 items.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500I’ve just been trying to add a snippet today and I see the issue is still the same as described in this thread.
Can’t you just revert whatever was done that broke it?
It worked before it became a paid plugin. I paid and it has not worked properly since.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500“If we were to acquire licenses for all of our subsites on our multisite will this ensure we get dedicated support to resolve this issue quicker?”
No, you’ll send emails to the support address, but they never come back. Or you’ll receive one or two apologies 2-3 weeks later but then still not get any results. $400 multisite license didn’t make any difference.
The only place something happens is here in the WP site, which is ok… but I’d hate to have a mission-critical failure.
I also always offer a copy environment for testing if needed, but never get any take up on that, even after jumping through endless and laborious hoops to create new environments and do the debugging myself.
Eventually someone from another plugin pointed me to a forum rule where the developers aren’t allowed to investigate your site… something like that anyway.
So yes… I can still create a copy of my system for investigation if the devs want to examine it.
The silly thing with this type of issue is that it worked fine all along and then gets broken by a specific update.. that should be enough of a clue to figure it out.
Anyhow… so long as something’s happening, I’m ok.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500Ok, I’ve tested this here on the WP 6.3 multisite in my original post above. This is after upgrading Code Snippets to 3.6.3
I created a new CSS and then a new HMTL snippet. I enable “Allow this snippet to be activated on individual sites on the network” eaxch tioem before saving. Saving reports ‘Snippet updated’ on screen. No errors in browser console.
However, when edited, the option is no longer enabled and the snippets don’t appear on the sub-sites.
So we’ve got past the ability to save the snippets, but still can’t use them on the sub-sites.
I seem to recall this was working again in 3.5.1 recently, but is certainly not now.
Hopefully it can still be fixed.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] No more admin access after 3.6.1 Pro updateI’ve upgraded to 3.6.3 and it didn’t crash the Admin like 3.6.1. did, so that’s good.
I’m going to test the issue I had reported in the ticket ‘Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500’ now and will reply on that thread.
Thanks

In reply to: [Code Snippets] No more admin access after 3.6.1 Pro updateIs it sufficient to copy the 351 plugin folder back into the site as I described or do I need to do something else… it seems to be working, just that there are now two versions of the plugin listed on my plugins page and obviously I can’t update unless something is sorted out.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] No more admin access after 3.6.1 Pro updateAdding to this – I copied the plugin folder for the previous 3.5.1 release out from my backup and into the multisite’s plugin folder, leaving the renamed 3.6.1 folder in place. That lets me get back into the admin dash.
Now the plugins page tells me I have Code Snippets Pro 3.5.1 and Code Snippets Pro (Premium) 3.6.1 installed, but only the 3.5.1 is activated and it appears to be licensed.
So I’m back online again, but obviously need to sort this out. I’ll sit tight.

In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Security headers vanish when Super Page Cache is enabledJust updating this for others looking for a solution.
I found the IIS > HTTP Response Headers method was the simplest as it is a multisite instance and I only needed to add the headers once to cover all sites.
The Cloudflare method also worked but has to be done separately for every domain and of course does not cover domains that were not on Cloudflare.

In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Security headers vanish when Super Page Cache is enabledOk, thanks for letting me know iSaumya.
I’ll investigate the Cloudflare option and also check the IIS method for doing it.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500Ok, I’ve now disabled all plugins at site and network level apart from Code Snippets, which I use at network level, and I changed to the default 2023 theme.
The outcome is I get the same error when saving with that tick box enabled.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500hmm… I’ve just been updating a test copy of the same multisite WP instance on the same server. Am doing this so that I could disable plugins to debug an Elementor problem.
On that instance, I can save a blank snippet both with and without a title, but cannot save with the network sites activation ticked.
But on the original live copy of the same instance, I cannot save any snippets, whether blank or not.
Both instances are updated and match in all ways. So, it’s odd that one can save a blank and the other can’t.
I’m about to start disabling plugins on the copy instance as will see if I can spot any differences. I’ll update here if I find anything.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Cannot save for individual site activation – status code 500Thanks Shea
I’ve updated and have tested it now.
The same thing still happens when I tick the option to allow activation on individual sites in the network.
I get the same Axios error in the console except that it now shows the new version number.
But this time I also get the error when I save without ticking that box. So now it’s not saving in either manner.
If there’s anything else I can send through, let me know.

RobThanks Zafer, I’ll close this one now.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I was looking at the addon bundle as well and it would also make sense to let some of those features be used by the Shop manager. For example, the CSV download, subscriber editing etc. Just the things that a non-admin shop manager would want to do.
Thanks, I’ll close the thread.
