He can not do anything with both domains as his company is not legit registered meaning he has also committed TAX fraud in Australia. and the domain name is not his actual name but there is no law in registering a domain name in someone name.
We have a lot of emails coming through as well as privet message of information in regards to people being ripped off by this guy. WE ARE CURRENTLY talking to a group of people that want to take matters into a CLASS Action against him. the work lawyer has said they have grounds to stand on also been advised that the local news company (ACA) who find people like this and bring them out to the public as a con artiest.
