OK thanks Nastia, I’ll give the Pro version a go and see if it helps.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Easy Photography Portfolio] Fatal error with PortfolioI have the exact same issue. I’m still on WP 5.3.3, so maybe it’s not related to upgrading to 5.4, per OP. I did however install Yoast a couple of weeks ago, and started getting these errors after that, so seems like a clash between the two plugins. I’ll deactivate Yoast for a while, to see if that helps.

In reply to: Admin went blank when upgrading to WP5Hi, thanks. There don’t appear to be anything relevant in the log.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Legit messages in Flamingo spam folder, why?OK thanks. So is it CF7 or Flamingo which determines that something is spam? Or put another way: does that message get processed normally by CF7 and only Flamingo decides to store it in the spam folder, or does the message never get delivered at all?
Thanks,

In reply to: Admin panel white page due to fatal error in admin-header.phpThanks @joyously — encouraged by your comment I tried the update again, and this time it not only went through okay but also seems to have resolved the aforementioned problem.
Thanks,
robaaExcuse the bump, but any suggestions Mihai @iovamihai ?
TIA,
robaaHi Mihai @iovamihai
Thanks for your reply.
In my case the front page is static. Also, the sidebar was working fine until recently, when it suddenly disappeared for no obvious reason.
Best,
robaaFurther to my previous post, I’ve just updated the plugin on another site, and there the floating sidebar still works fine after the update, incl. on the home page. So this issue may not be related to the update, as I previously suspected.

I have this same problem. My floating sidebar was working fine until I updated the plugin, and now it has disappeared from my home page (still working fine on all other pages).
Any ideas?
Cheers,
robaaHi @mbrsolution — thanks for your reply.
I did notice that the ‘release date’ was in the past, ie. the IP address should have been unlocked, but wasn’t.
And just to clarify, I wasn’t just concerned about the address remaining on the list, but it actually remaining locked.
Anyway, I’ve just logged into the site, and the address has now disappeared from the locked list and my colleague can again access the site, so all seems well. If this happens again, I’ll come back to report.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Tag hierarchy?Sorry, I take that back – they are sorted in the same order as in the tags table (my bad!).
Thanks for this, very helpful. ??

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Tag hierarchy? Not in my case – they’re not sorted in the same order as the tags (or the tag groups).
It seems they’re sorted by the tag ID number, which presumably is assigned when the tag is created. Is there a way to edit those numbers? Or do I have to just delete all the tags and add them back in the order I want them to appear?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Tag hierarchy?PS:
Related question: how are the tags sorted in the sidebar? If I know that, then I can manipulate them so that they at least appear in a logical order. For example, if they were sorted alphabetically (which they don’t seem to be) then I could edit the tag descriptions to include the tag group name, and they would then appear effectively within a group hierarchy, eg.
Group 1, tag 1
Group 1, tag 2
Group 2, tag 1
Group 2, tag 2 etc.Thanks,
