I followed this post and I am using PHP 5.5.17. I have used the policy above but I get the error Ken is having:
<blockquote>Statement is missing required element - Statement "NO_ID-0" is missing "Principal" element</blockquote>`

I have also tried to create a policy directly in Amazon but no luck. Any pointer?

I had the same issue, but I think I found the solution. In the instructions page it actually says to make sure that you leave [mailpoetsignup mailpoetsignup mailpoet_list_#].
When you generate a new tag, COntact Form automatically adds -nnn, like in your case “mailpoetsignup-856”. Delete -856 and just use “mailpoetsignup” and it should work.

the other day I gave support access to my backend and they fixed the problem however only on the Premium trial version. Now I have installed the updated version of the free and trial version and both are working fine for me. Have you tried deactivating all plugins, then activating only the SP plugin and see if it works?

you are right. If I create folders as admin, they do not show regardless whether I create them for the admin user or for other non-admin users. This is not good as only the admin can create folders from the backend. However if these are not visible, then it defies the purpose. I am also waiting for a reply from support…

I did that but still no luck. I have also deactivated all plugins except for yours and still the same issue. I have changed theme with one of WP standard one and it is still not working. I have also downloaded the premium version did all of the above and still no luck. Folders and icons for deleting them appear briefly when I am loading the page but then I can only see the file I have uploaded outside the folder. Any idea why?

we have a similar problem and we have the latest version of the plugin. We don’t understand what the issue might be. We tried all the options in the TCPSignInBox but still not luck. Any ideas?
