Turns out MP isnt saving correctly in Epic browser

Hi,

Tbh I’m not seeing that page in page console now – this is its report

What I see now are 3 types of redirect, one from pages that used to be woocommerce product pages from yr or so ago that were changed to posts and WC plugin deleted. Second appear to be slugs which assumed the full H1 title on publication overwriting their KW set slug, so amended urls. And the third type are these strange ones, they are.

Maybe a plugin pagination issue? They’re occurring less now.

That ss appears to be for author page which doesn’t redirect correct. But the cams ones do. I don’t really want to litter this thread with these links but I have many being churned out for pages which dont exist and do redirect and author pages which don’t exist and dont redirect. With all plugins disabled I should add, the author pages dont redirect still with all plugins disabled but the site.com/cams/12/ still do.

I see status 200 means page is working having just googled it – but it’s not a page that exists on my site, can you elaborate pls on what I might need to do to rectify, if yoast related. Thanks,

Thanks, that’s worked. How about extra pages which don’t exist which are being created like site/cams/pages2/, site/cams/pages3/, site/cams/pages11/ and these redirect to their first page site/cams.

Are these related to your plugin?

Or pages which don’t exist but don’t redirect either like:

site/author/robin-c-mac/page/12/

Some crazy gremlins at work.

Running healthcheck with all themes and plugins disabled, if i enable while troubleshooting seo yoast, it still has the same error. The meta box isn’t showing. I don’t find your instructions after that v clear.

The issue happens while Yoast SEO (free ) is active?and all other plugins and themes are disabled.

You state: “Then repeat the conflict check steps activating the conflicting plugin (how do u know the conflicting plugin if all plugins are disabled except yoast?) or theme?without?Yoast SEO (free or premium) active”. – so if all other plugins are disabled – how are they effecting yoast? – the site works fine – omly yoast doesnt.

“If the issue happens while Yoast SEO (free or premium) is?not?active, please report the issue to the author of the plugin or theme.” – the issue is yoast – yoast has to be active for the issue to be visually seen.

“If the issue happens while Yoast SEO (free or premium) is active alongside another plugin or theme, please file a?bug report?for our development team” – the issue is yoast on its own – no themes plugins active same time.

Can you recommend an seo plugin switch over for short term please so I can publish backlog of articles?

Hi,

I have been through each individual plugin, deactivating then activating, and meta box still not showing.

I rolled back to 2 previous versions but not showing.

How might I publish posts in the meantime and complete the onsite seo?

Thanks David, apologies for response time. Have renewed GP license so will switch to there if better, once I’ve addressed all your pointers.

I have spent much time trying to resolve this but my hosts state differently.

The test file showed the better time to first byte value:

I’ve contacted the technicians to double-check if there are any issue on the server side. They said there are no issues and apparently, the website needs optimization.

Yeah but GB posts are not set to default, they are set to “no sidebars”, or are you saying irrespective of layout setting all posts adhere to customize settings?
