    I tried 3 scenarios on our same hosting provider.

    1) Install multiple sites with Version 4.2 (Not yet upgrade to latest version)? OK. No issue
    a. Host auto upgrade to Version 4.2.2 ? OK. NO issue with Multisite.

    2) Fresh installation ? Not OK. Issue at mentioned above.

    Error Log as below

    3) Fresh installation Version 4.2 with auto upgrade to Version 4.2.2 at the same time ? Not OK. Issue mentioned above.

    So, it seems me that core issue on wordpress.

    @toan: I tried install 4.2 but our hosting provider automatically update to 4.2.2…causes same issue occurs.

    How can we stop automatically updates core?

    WordPress 4.2 “Powell” – So i think there are no problem (Can not add new site – WPMU. (12 posts)) with old version.

    We can install on official site and waiting for official release patches WordPress 4.2.3.

    @toan: how about multisite sub domain? is it the same issue?

    I tried only multisite sub directory on Hostgato. it cause above error. ??

    Same problem multisite – sub directory @wp4.2.2

    Can anybody help.
