You shouldn’t need to edit any PHP files at all. Instead, you should define these keys in the WP-Admin…

I don’t believe my plugin is causing this issue, but won’t know until I see your form code. Can you copy and paste that in a code block here, please?

Also, have you tried disabling the InfusionSoft plugin and just submitting a plain Contact Form 7 form? Does the issue resolve itself if you do that?

You should contact the author of the Contact Form 7 plugin about this issue. My add-on doesn’t define any styles, and only extends the existing functionality of Contact Form 7.

That is definitely an option. However, in my experience, it often doesn’t work as expected. It’s worth a shot, if you don’t want the CF7 JavaScript disabled.

It sounds like there is some sort of JS conflict…My plugin doesn’t use JS for form submissions. Is it possible that another plugin is causing a conflict with Contact Form 7?

If you send me a private message with your WP site credentials and InfusionSoft credentials, I can take a closer look.

InfusionSoft requires a name (first OR last) and an email in order to communicate via the API. This means that you need to at least include an InfusionSoft name and email field.
