I haven’t dealt with these two plugins at the same time, but my plugin does disable the JavaScript features of Contact Form 7. If the Datepicker plugin is making use of these features, there would definitely be a conflict.

As an alternative to my plugin, have you tried disabling it and trying this method for redirecting: https://contactform7.com/redirecting-to-another-url-after-submissions/ ?

I’d give that a shot and report back if things still aren’t working for you (in which case I’ll see about modifying my plugin to handle things a bit differently).

This is what the support threads are for…Rather than rate this plugin (which has worked for thousands of others) with one star, I recommend posting in the support forum. This will allow the plugin developers (who develop this for free) to get your issue resolved. This is better than tainting the reputation of the plugin / developer without doing anything to fix the issue beforehand. This plugin is for communicating directly with the InfusionSoft API, using Contact Form 7 forms. You can’t use it with InfusionSoft’s HTML forms.

Yes, the plugin uses InfusionSoft’s ContactService.update method to update any existing contacts that match by email.

That’s not one of the errors that comes from the InfusionSoft plugin. Can you de-activate the InfusionSoft plugin and try submitting a basic contact form? I want to see if Contact Form 7 is even sending things properly.

If the API Key and App Name have been entered correctly, things should be working. Can you share your form code?

Thanks for the message. I’ll have to add a field for “email marketing” to the plugin. Currently (as you noticed), the plugin automatically opts-in a contact to receive email marketing. I’ll create a field within the next couple of days so that this can be turned off, via a checkbox.

Ah, so that’s more of a workaround (which doesn’t use this plugin) than a solution. I’d like to fix this issue on my end.

Are both of you using the [recaptcha] tag offered by Contact Form 7?

Have you filled out the API key information in the Settings section of the Admin? Are the contacts being added to InfusionSoft (even if they’re not being added to a campaign)?

You’re correct that you do not have to take any code from the InfusionSoft campaign builder.
