@ the hack repair guy, I use free hosting so I assume that is on there end to try get revenue. However I do not have this come up deliberately.

Also I contacted my host provider at first they said they could do nothing, I came in these forums to try sort the issue. However when I contacted them again they said the Google warning is now removed which it now is. It is however still flagged up on Bitdefender, so I shall contact them and attempt to get that sorted. I assume it could very well be that ad that is causing issues since it does direct straight to their buying options pages.

Ok will try give them a call, from what I understand 1&1 uses Php5 while WordPress still uses 4 correct?

I have indeed, I use Filezilla, I deleted the WP-Admin and WP-Includes files as specified, copied them via FTP, copied the folders inside of WP-content to make sure I keep my themes and plug ins intact, however I did not got any overwrite warnings so copied them, copied the loose files into the root directory. But this led to either the site not working at all, fatal errors or the entire site displaying as php code.
