Yes, I have contacted them twice and both times they claim the issue is with the feed. I am wits end, we have lost 5-7 days revenue over this.

The log was emailed to you along with the product feed.

My cache purges every 72 hours but I purged it again.

Refreshed product feed, what does my cache have to do with it? Every day it is listed in the feed and google shows it as on back order even tough I changed it to in stock. My page shows it in stock. The feed should reflect that change it does not and that has been the issue for 72 hours on that page and others.It also shows up on multiple PC and I Mac products.

I changed it to in stock on the product page but the feed fails to update that.

I did and I am waiting on your reply to my email.
