Your theme and/or another plugin is adding extra line breaks
between the input boxes, thus messing up the positioning. I would recommend contacting your developer and adjusting the code/plugin that is making the unwanted addition.

1. PopupAlly works with any platform that has an opt-in form code. We have not done any in-depth research into WP built-in options, but some are definitely out there

2. We do not recommend Constant Contact, as they are the least flexible of all the systems we have tested. Also, they do not provide the opt-in form code needed by PopupAlly

The tricky part is to generate the form code for phplist. Here is official tutorial from phplist: https://docs.phplist.com/CustomSubscribeForm.html

Once you have the form code, you can paste it into the Integration section in PopupAlly->Style Settings. ??

Once of the Javascript used by your website is causing an error, thus preventing other javascripts (such as the one used by PopupAlly) to run. The error is
‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘offsetParent’ of undefined’

and it is caused by the script ‘stepcarousel.js’.

It is probably included by one of your plugins. I would start disabling the active plugins one-by-one until you find the culprit.

You need to use PopupAlly with an email marketing system. We have tutorials on how to do that with the popular platforms here: https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/#configure-style-integration

In short, PopupAlly focuses on making the best popup possible and collecting subscriber’s info, but you need an email marketing system to keep track of the list and send email to them afterwards.

Hi there,

PopupAlly does not control whether it is a double or single opt-in. For MailChimp, it is not possible to disable double opt-in, but you can prevent the sending of the last confirmation email. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add raw code to PopupAlly (for now). For tracking purpose, I would recommend setting up a goal in Google Analytics and link it to the Thank You page after signing up.
