In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin isn't working with MailchimpIt seems like there is a javascript error on your settings page. It is likely caused by another plugin. If you could, I recommend disabling the other plugins and see if that fixes the issue.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin isn't working with MailchimpVery strange…
A few follow up questions to narrow down the issue:
1. Do the dropdowns appear after you paste in the code? The dropdowns should be hidden when there is no opt-in code.
2. If so, there is no valid entries in the dropdowns?
3. Could you please post the MailChimp code?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin isn't working with MailchimpThe other possibility is that you are using an old version of WordPress. If that is the case, upgrading to the latest version (3.9.2) should fix the issue. Always backup your site first before making updates. ??

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Newsletter Signup Form Outside of Content BorderSeems like you are using the embedded option. The width of the “Tried-and-true” template is fixed, so it probably falls outside of the content border based on the screenshot.
If you would like to configure the width, you should use the “Express Yourself” template

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Popup Ally Stopped Working!Hmm, that is a tough questions. If you have a testing site, then I would suggest switching out the theme to a default WP one and see if that helps.
If you do not have a testing site, you can always do it really quick on your main site and hope that no one notices.
Once you have isolated the issue to the theme, then you can contact the theme developer (that you bought the theme from) and ask them to fix the issue.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Popup Ally Stopped Working!Hi there,
I don’t see the popup being enabled on the blog post titled “are you an abuse magnet”, and part of the code is missing on the front page. This could be due to your theme not implementing the standard WordPress call wp_footer.
I recommend getting in touch with your developer for more information on the theme. ??

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Help! Not working on my siteHi Lewis,
I took a look at your site, and it seems like the issue is with an old version of the JQuery script. One of your plugins or theme is loading version 1.4.2, which is quite a few versions behind the latest 1.11.0. The line of code is
<script src=”https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js”></script>Once you disable the plugin that adds the line of code, PopupAlly should work as expect.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Ontraport integrationHi there,
There is nothing special with Ontraport. If they are shown the thank you page, then it means they are being handled by the Ontraport system already. If you are using double opt-in, maybe they only show up after confirming?
Could you try signing up with a new email address and see if you get a confirmation email?
