In reply to: [PopupAlly] Popup Ally working on mobile devices?Hi Christian,
I am glad you like PopupAlly. Exit-intent replies on the mouse cursor movement, and as there is no mouse for mobile devices, exit-intent will not work on them.
You can consider enable time-delay popup in conjunction with exit-intent. Also, in PopupAlly Pro, we have added scroll activation, which works well on mobile devices. You can find out more info here:

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Edit CSS of plugin to move fullwidth lower on page?In PopupAlly Pro, you have more options to embed the optin form. If you do not want the optin form at the top of the page, you can use shortcode to put it at the exact spot that you need it.
If you are still have this issue, please email our support mailbox ([email protected]) directly and I am happy to assist you further.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] works with Hubspot?Hi there,
PopupAlly needs the HTML opt-in code. You should contact Hubspot on how to get that information. Once you have the code, you can follow the tutorial for integrating with PopupAlly

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Filter name for Popupally(I just want to say that this seems like a rather technical change, and the chance of mishap is high)
Based on that thread, the filter you need is
remove_filter(‘the_content’, array(‘PopupAlly’, ‘add_form_to_content’));Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [PopupAlly] Filter name for PopupallyHi there,
Glad you like the plugin!
I am not too familiar with the printer-friendly functionality. If you are trying to filter out all fields, you can use input[type=”text”] and input[type=”submit”]
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Update failedHi there,
For PopupAlly Pro, please retry the update process a couple times, as it could just be a momentary glitch.
If the problem continues, you can try manually updating:
1. Deactivate PopupAlly Pro
2. Delete PopupAlly Pro (don’t worry, all of your settings are preserved)
3. Download and re-install the latest version from the Digital Heartquarters.Hope this helps!

In reply to: [PopupAlly] remove name fieldHi Andrew,
PopupAlly Pro is available now and you can find out more details here https://ambitionally.com/popupally-pro
I don’t recommend changing the CSS code, because the changes will be overwritten with every update. ??

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Headline is showing up as regular textThis is something that the Font Upload plugin needs to correct. It uses the “!important” tag, which prevents any other modifications to the font-size attribute.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin isn't working with MailchimpThe popup is working correctly. MailChimp uses double opt-in, so you will need to click on the confirmation link before the email is added to the list

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Connecting Popup to Email Address – Not MailchimpPopupAlly cannot sent email directly to another email address. There are many regulations in place regarding email marketing, so the middle man are quite necessary. ??
I recommend pushing the mailing list provider to show you how to get the opt-in form code. It would be a very inflexible system without the opt-in form code, because it means you won’t be able to put an opt-in form on your website.
