Thanks! The host provider is clueless and don’t have old backups.

Luckily I have a dropbox backup. Should I just replace the theme folder with what I backed up, or there is a smarter way?

How do I prevent this in the future? I haven’t performed a theme update, but I have autoupdate for WordPress versions, so I think this theme update started automatically.
