same thing: New Order email sent to shop owner when I mark order Paid.
Other set of plugins except Woocommerce and Black Studio TinyMCE Widget.
Tried to switch off Black Studio TinyMCE Widget but not change.
Update: mail title looks not realy describing firing condition – my order was not really new, but it was card payment for which new order was not fired at order submission and this email has been sent only when order is paid ??

W chwili obecnej nie ma innej wersji ni? 2.6.x
Wasze logo jest na tej wtyczce, a zakres fixu nie wydaje si? by? powalaj?cy dla tak ?wietnych specjalistów. Dacie rad? ?

That is true, however I believe it would be even better plugin if it activates in both scenarios:
a) as now, based on _stock quantity if product stock is managed
b) if product stock is not managed, it should observe In_stock flag

This should apply to all conditions: product admin, product for customer, notifications.
I can do tests if u choose to enhance plugin.
