In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] translating custom stringsHi Hannah, please re-read my posts. I had already customized the emails. The problem is that when I want to translate them, the mentioned strings can’t be found.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] translating custom stringsSure, Hannah, I see some of the strings, but not all of them. In fact, only body text strings appear (and subtitles for some templates, but only for 3 templates that are actually not relevant, like the new order notification email). I don’t see the subject, heading and additional content strings at all, and the subtitle strings for customer emails. If I can’t translate those ones, I just can’t use the plugin.
The contact form doesn’t seem to work, Ibrahim. When I click on send message, the little bubble just turns and turns around. Tryed twice.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] translating custom stringsI don’t any custom string at all, Hannah.
I have the same problem (almost).
I want to use the Elementor Pro form to be able to fully customize it. I followed these instructions: https://mailoptin.io/article/connect-mailoptin-with-sendinblue/, and these ones: https://mailoptin.io/article/elementor-form-integration/.
It doesn’t work. If I fill the form in, nothing happens. An email should be sent to me, another one to the subscriber, and a popup should show, but none of these happen.Forum: Plugins
