Saurabh,
Great, thank you! I’ll reach out to Rahul.
I’ll also set the intention to post the solution here once we find it.
Thanks,
Rob
Jan and SearchIQ,
I had a different issue two weeks ago, gave SearchIQ my login credentials and they researched the issue & corrected it with no problems or issues. (That was my experience.)
Jan – I definitely hear your concern and I do have history working with SearchIQ.
Saurabh – would emailing Rahul be appropriate? I’m thinking a staging copy of the 2nd site would be appropriate in this case / situation – from there SearchIQ can check settings, etc. SearchIQ already has access to the functional website.
Thank you.
Hey SearchIQ
Ok, here is a demo search on the website that is working for displaying descriptions for Cornerstone content.
Example search for “answers”:
https://drivingdesigns.com/search/?q=answersAll three (3) of the search results are pages with Cornerstone content:
https://drivingdesigns.com/answers/
https://drivingdesigns.com/awp320/
https://drivingdesigns.com/get-started/Thanks
Thanks for the reply.
Ok, gotcha.
1) I feel a little disappointed to hear this… and…
2) The way it’s setup will actually help us get more ‘dialed in’ on our SEO. So it’s all good.
We’re just looking for granular control on our key searches (on our site) to get our users quickly to the content they are looking for.
Thank you.
Btw – so far, we’re really happy with SearchIQ and looking forward to getting it all dialed in.
…(moved this content to the above post for continuity).

Hi – I wanted to update this thread for others having this issue…
YES, thank you for emailing me back. Rahul was very helpful and did get the indexing issue fixed. THE PROBLEM: (from the support email) “One of the PDF was having
url
parameter empty, so site was not getting indexed. We have added the postID for that particular PDF in the exclusion list and the site is indexing fine now.”I have to say, after testing several “search” solutions for WordPress – SearchIQ is the best I’ve found.
Nobody? Damn. ??
Anyone? Hello?
Btw… thank you for these plugins and for reading this… Thanks! ??
I’m having this problem too.
