Please check it with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled. You have issue with playlist and playlist feature comes with rtMedia-PRO -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/addons/pro/

Please check rtMedia with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled. It might be theme issue or a plugin conflict.

Also, you don’t need to make “Media” page.
