Issue while installing the plugin

    Although I have woocommerce insalled and running fine in my site, when I try do download the plugin I get the following message “You need to have woocommerce installed”

    What should I do?

    Hi @astrologiamb ,

    Indeed, I checked your site. Both WooCommerce and our plugin were installed properly. Could you share an image of that error log in your admin dashboard so that we can check?

    I tested our dev site and live demo, there was no such error. Please make sure you have the latest version of both plugins on your site. The latest version of our plugin is 2.1.3.
