some one here with knowledge on how to troubleshoot the above mentioned problem, please help.

tried replacing wp-admin still getting this error…
Fatal error: Call to undefined function set_current_screen() in D:\hosting\8685479\html\wp-admin\admin.php on line 142

now i upgraded it manually and i got this error

i cleared browser cache also.still getting the same error.

@alchymyth its working fine till 9 tabs including Home but when you click any of the last three tabs, the last tab goes to the second line, please help me to solve this.I have only changed the line which you have shown above i.e.

margin: 0 4.5%;
}
