How do I figure why https://www.franklinmgmt.com and https://www.franklintaxservices.com has stopped getting traffic. I have Yoast SEO and it is showing a dramatic dropoff in traffic. I’m not smart enough to figure this out.

Ditto to authentication issues.

Just had client receptionist verify it works .. but it is showing up at the very bottom of the page. I’ll do a search to find out how and where to place it so it shows up better on a mobile. Way out of my league.

Joe – Just put it in. Do you have a mobile phone? I placed it in first position on right side bar with a little note “for our mobile clients’…. could you tell me if it looks OK? THANK YOU!

I am a novice when it comes to code. I have two client’s sites that are operating on WP 4.1 – and client wants to have this feature on his sites. I don’t have a mobile phone so I have no idea what it is I’m doing or what it should look like, or where this would be located (sidebar? header?). I may have to redo the headers … is there a “dummy” step by step guide I can look at somewhere? Thank you for your indulgence.

My footer disappeared off of one of my client’s sites. I was adding content, but cannot figure out what would have removed the footer. The widgets are there in their designated spots … can someone help here?
