Got it – thanks for clarifying what you’re trying to get to happen with the Conditional Fields plugin and emails. I just retested with Conditional Fields and a group in my email that I wanted to show in the email when a certain condition was met in the form field, and the email does not go through when our plugin is enabled. Thus at this time, it’s not compatible. However, I’ve added it to our roadmap.

We just tested our plugin with Conditional Fields activated, and it appears to not be compatible. Further, it seems that the way Conditional Fields plugin is built, it’s more focused on showing/hiding fields in a form vs. sending emails or not (please correct me if I’m wrong however). Given that, perhaps it would be best if we simply created our own conditional system into our plugin such that emails can be either disabled or delayed based upon the value entered into a form field.

We’ll have our developers look into how to go about this and will update this thread when we know more.

Hi Visite360pro,

I took a look at your page you were having trouble with. I’ve never seen any issues with webp image formats and our plugin before. Before we assume that the plugin doesn’t support webp, I see you have a fair amount of caching and CSS minification going on with your CSS. Can you please try disabling any and all caching plugins, including any CSS minification settings that you know of (could be in a caching plugin or elsewhere), as well as turning off lazy-load? If none of that works, then it might be worth it to temp switch themes to see if that fixes the issue, as it might be theme related.
