It ended up being a clash with a plug in. Try deactivating anything you’ve recently added and see if that works.

This issue has now been resolved. Could it please be removed?

I’ve only just joined leadin and in the two days that I’ve been using it, I too have forms that have been submitted and there are no comments on them. Other forms seem to be working okay, just this one particular one. This has never happened when using my normal wordpress forms.

The other issue is that these particular forms aren’t showing up at all in my wordpress dashboard but the others are.
