Conflict with the Booster for Woocommerce plugin causing the issue. Looking into whether they can both work together somehow.

In reply to: [Banner Management For WooCommerce] Issues after updatingActually having debug enabled in the config file and the plugin active seemed to cause the issue with accessing the media section. Disabling debug resolves that issue but lines 168 and 170 may still need to be looked at in case it’s causing issues with other sites etc?
I can confirm the plugin is working as it should on the backend and on the frontend as intended after disabling debug in config file.
Thanks,

Ok great. Thanks for the advice.
Marking as resolved.Oh that’s interesting. I didn’t think of learning mode.
We’ve enabled learning and carried out a number of transactions (all successful). Do we allow the firewall to remain in learning mode for another few days? I am aware that we’re not fully protected here while in this mode though, so would understand your hesitancy to advise so if that were the case. Thanks for the reply. Most appreciated.
Ok, looks like it’s device specific so. I’ll look into that.
Appreciate the response. Thank you.Forum: Themes and Templates

Thanks for the response. Yes I checked all possible options for the left sidebar but it still didn’t work. I had to revert to some css to force the sidebar to the left. Thanks,

In reply to: [Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed – Easy Social Feeds Plugin] Invalid URLHi Craig,
Thanks for the reply. This was a browser issue actually. We were using an old browser version and it didn’t want to redirect us to the necessary pages/links. We’ve resolved the issue now and marking as such.
Thanks,

Yup that was the issue! We were testing out a product sale badge plugin in the last couple of days and that was the cause of the issue. Uninstalling it solved this problem and others we we’re having with our cart and order emails so just to let others know reading this, check your recent plugin installations first!
Thanks for pointing us in the right direction. Wouldn’t have thought that would have such a dramatic effect. A special thanks for your response time. Very impressed.
