Thanks for your reply,
I’m not doing anything in particular when I get locked out. I deactivate Wordfence (following the procedure you mentioned), use WordFence Assistant to deactivate firewall, then reactivate WordFence. Then, within a day or two I will be randomly locked out, even if I wasn’t doing anything on the site. My IP is whitelisted so I don’t know why that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Changing browsers has no effect — still locked out.
I have recently found that I am only locked out of wp-admin; I can visit the front-end of the site just fine.
I am not able to find where I was locked out in Live Traffic since I don’t know exactly when I’m getting locked out and it is flooded with other lockouts.
A bit at a loss here — let me know if I can provide any more info that might be helpful.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Media Cleaner: Clean your WordPress!] Amazon S3 Compatibility?Ah okay that makes sense. Thank you for the quick reply! I will definitely keep this plugin in mind if we end up hosting images locally or if WordPress makes this a core feature. It looks like a useful tool if used correctly and carefully. ??
Thanks,

In reply to: [HTML Import 2] Can’t find directoryHey there,
Just checking in. I submitted a ticket to SiteGround and while they had a suggestion for a bulk media upload plugin, they said they were unable to help with this issue. Any luck with the plugin devs?
Thanks,

In reply to: [HTML Import 2] Can’t find directoryOkay so the import appears to have worked with all my pages, but it didn’t grab any of the images. I noticed the images are in a weird nested folder (uploads/4/0/2/5/40259159) — could this be why?
Is there a way to repeat the import without duplicating content or just grab these images somehow?
Thank you.
