If I use the default editor and deactivate the theme, everything works again.

I contact my theme support. Something must have been changed with an update that led to the error.

Thank you very much. I had not considered the theme at all. Thought only about plugin conflicts.

Narrowed down the error even further. It was because I had enabled the captchas for login. In addition, the Google ReCaptcha function but no API key had entered. This has the login no captcha displayed and locked me out virtually.

I was just able to find the error.

I found the entry with the configs in the options table in the database. I deleted it and now everything works again.
