Do you recall what changes or updates were made to the site before the widgets became inactive? And what are those widgets?

There were no changes, could be that the plugion was deactivated to bug test

Even though moving widgets into folders takes some time, does this manual method work?

Yes, but there are way too many with varing settings to do this

And of course, this is flagged to any visitor to the webite who of course, will not proceed to the site.

This is not a one off incident – we’re running three sites, all with the exact same issue with Elementor.

Not as sorry as we are … so planning for an alternative in case we can’t fix it.

Deactivated every plugin, one by one, reactivated

Essentially, a small achieve site for classic movies enthusiasts where a visitor can signup for a guess pass for 24hrs and thereafter, has to upgrade to a Membership Plan for a monthly rolling subscription fee.

Thus, I have no need for a ecommerce store based plugin.

I thought the woocommerce worldpay plugin, which I asked woo support many times, could be used as an ‘add on’ to existing membership plugin only to find out it will not work with it.

So now looking for a refund.

Thank you for your message and the that fact that you wrote back, we respected that,

We like the plugin, which is why we were asking a few simple questions toward consideration in buying the Pro Version.

All we needed were some basic answers based on the free version so we could test the functionality and see if it fits what we wanted i.e. setting up separate chat rooms etc.

The response took way to long and only then, you effectively told us to bugger off as if somehow, we had offended you?

But since you wrote back, we’re prepared to move forward on this and review/implement the Wise Chat Plugin to see if fits our needs.
