I am using Alaska theme for my website. I though it will fix the css automatically but doesn’t work as I expected.

@wpyogi You are hiding the link from human by css. But google bots can still read that. So, I think the best way is to remove the code from the footer.php file instead of hiding by css. Right?

May be your google chrome browser has font problem.

You need to remove the links code from the footer.php. But it could break your website if any functions are there in functions.php It’s hard to say which line of code you should remove before watching the footer.php and functions.php codes. share your webiste link and let me see if I can help you or If you allow me to login on your website then I can help. Not clear actually. If you want to remove this white background: https://prntscr.com/6awcat then just make the slider image width: 100% with css. But if you are talking about change this section’s background: https://prntscr.com/6awd6d Then simply use the imgae as background image on css on the main container div

It could be into the index.php Some times theme developers use index.php instead of single.php and they write some functions on the functions.php you have to edit both to remove the post meta like: author ??

Use a slider plugin instead the default slider system. Better option is to use a Layer slider or revolution slider. You may also find many more free slider available online.
