Just an update … I was never able to create a www subdomain and gave up in the end. As fishtanknl as stated, you can only select a domain without www when generating the token. Stanimir, it would be appreciated if you can look into this, thank you.

See @bp7hb post further up the thread then amend your WP plugin with the new Paypal API credentials it gives you.

Seems to be solved now at my end.
I did renew my API cert again yesterday just in case it was relating to that.

Paypal have just confirm to me they are aware of this issue with a number of accounts affected, and are working to resolve it.

Thanks, have checked certificates encryption settings and look ok to me.

I also checked all the failed IPN’s in my account using https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-ipns-history which is showing ‘RETRYING’ for every single payment since Monday morning.

Alarmingly, all IPN’s with EBAY sales are also failing!

Big thanks for your post, I have sent a ticket in and recently had a reply confirming its not your side. And as you say, it doesn’t seem to be only a Woocommerce related issue, other plugins also seem to be affected.

I was suspecting an hosting issue because like @obversebooks we are also not receiving any Paypal payment confirmation emails from our site or Ebay sales.

At the moment to me it looks like its Paypal itself.

Are any of you using Siteground hosting by any chance?

To get your site back, you just need to FTP to the following folder and rename it, wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-csvimport

Once you have done this you will be able to update the plugin in the WP admin again, Allaerd has fixed it with V3.2.2
