Thanks for the response Rick. It does help, however in the way for me to know it would become too complex for me to implement. I was kind of wishing for a built-in feature in CF7 that I didn’t discover yet, so I’m afraid that I’ll have to go and look for some alternatives.

Thank you for your response. The workaround stated above is a solution that suffices for me. I’m just glad there is a way to still be able to assign the certificates to the students without them having to retake the course.

Yes, I am able to log in on my account like outlook.com and the other Microsoft websites. It is a business account however, maybe that has something to do with it. Normally when I log in on the Microsoft websites, I have two-step verification via the Microsoft Authenticator. Could the two-step verification be why the plugin can’t connect with the account maybe?

Haven’t configured automated event outcomes and results. Quite a big thing to miss but I still managed it ??. Thank you anyway.

Little sidenote, I have already tried disabling all other plugins that I have installed. This unfortunately did not work.

Problem is, the handler isn’t there for me. There’s only a box where you would normally fill in a value, but I can’t click in the box to fill in a value.
