Can you please provide an update on this issue ? I have heard nothing since 29th October 2021.

Unfortunately I was unable to resolve this matter and had to resort to an alternative plugin.
Support from Pim Jitsawang was excellent though.

Apologies – I should have updated this and marked it as resolved

I used the SlickNav Mobile Menu plugin, setting the class to #site-navigation.

This then replaces the theme navigation for mobile devices.

I would have preferred to use the theme navigation but as I couldn’t find a way around this problem and no other solution was provided this was a reasonable alternative.

I tried this but going in to wp-admin just took me to a white screen which just hangs so I couldn’t get in to the settings.

I have got further with this and tried to restore a small file to another domain.

When it gets to the ‘restoring database’ part it just hangs (I have left it running for over an hour and it has still not completed).

Because after I click on the export to file option and it retrieves a list of all wordpress files the output gives a green flashing message saying ‘DOWNLOAD https://WWW.RIDGETEK.CO.UK, SIZE 1,016 MB’.

The domain where the plugin is installed is https://www.ridgetek.co.uk/southestates.

I can get into the site (I restored WordPress).

Then moved the file to the sub-domain as suggested and it seems to pick this up.

However, the restore timed out with a Server timeout error after 60 seconds meaning the restore doesn’t complete and it reverts back to redirecting me to the old site.

I tried putting in the 1000 parameters against memory and execution time but this does not appear to have made any difference.

I have done this and it went to a blank screen where it hung. When I have gone back in to the restored website it redirects me to the original site and I can’t get in to the restore.
