In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Displaying Japanese in PDFNever mind. It seems I had reinstalled an incremental backup that was missing the css file. Once I found that and put it back in place everything started working fine again. Cheers.

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Displaying Japanese in PDFSorry to bother you, need some quick help with this again. My theme update overwrote the custom template files. I had them backed up so was able to restore them, but the fonts are no longer working. I think it’s because the font css definitions have been deleted, but I can’t for the life of me remember where I am supposed to put the custom font face and font family definitions you talk about on your custom font page.
Thanks.

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Displaying Japanese in PDFThanks so much for that. Not familiar with font use, so it’s a bit trying at times:-) Once I added the other font weights and styles in it worked fine. Thanks for pointing that out.

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Displaying Japanese in PDFOops, I see that I had not used a ttf file. I have used the same syntax with a ttf file and I now have most of the text showing in Japanese. But there are still a few square boxes don’t display (such as the headers in the table).
I have marked them up on an image.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Optimized images gone??I deleted all the optimized images to start again. I was able to gather the image data, but cannot get the optimization request to work.
Thanks for taking the time to help, I do appreciate it. I have gone in another direction for now. If I reinstall the plugin and further trouble I’ll post again.
Thanks

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Optimized images gone??Thanks for getting back to me. It turns out all of my optimization settings and cloudfare connection settings had been deleted.
I have deleted all optimized images and am starting from scratch. Can’t seem to get it to work though. I have purged all cache as well.
But now the send optimization request doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas? Starting to get too hard, might be time to move on.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Optimized images gone??Hi, thanks for responding.
Yes, that table is there. It appears to contain rows for various images. The following values may be of interest:
-optm_status: 0 for all rows
-target_filesize: 0 for all rows
-webp_filesize: 0 for all rowsThanks again for any insight you can offer.

In reply to: Google Chrome Presentation ProblemI found the solution for my case, so here it is in case anyone needs it, @flytagger, I hope it helps. The presentation problem you have is exactly the same as mine, but I note that yours was also a problem in IE.
Anyway, I had been changing settings the day before this started, so I figured it must have been one of the items I changed. It turns out that in the WordPress settings/general options there is a space for the WordPress address URL. I had (lord knows why) changed this to an internal index file. When I deleted that address and reverted to the default domain for the website normalcy in Chrome was restored.
So I think that comes down lack of knowledge on my part, more fool me for playing with settings I didn’t really understand.

In reply to: Google Chrome Presentation ProblemI have posted a question in the Woo forum, and if I have any luck I’ll post it here. I’ll try the import/export suggestion also.
Thanks
