I sent the devs, WPRocket, a direct message today. We’ll see if they reply or if we need to find an alternative.

@jeffmatson, you developed a great little plugin. You mentioned trying to contact WPRocket in another thread. Did they ever respond? If not, is there an alternative plugin that you’d recommend?

I’ve received a “Plugin appears to be abandoned” notification from WordFence as well.

This plugin was recommended by SiteGround, so it would be valuable to know if it will be updated or if we need to find something else.

@tychesoftwares, just performed a full backup and updated the Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce plugin. Placed a test order and everything seems to be working normally.

To answer my own question, WooCommerce update v6.9.2 seems to have resolved this issue. About a dozen orders have been placed since installing that update and all are being displayed in the correct sequence with the correct associated times. Problem solved. It is not “retroactive”, so the earlier orders are still out of sequence, but they can be brought in line by clicking on the Orders up/down caret twice. Hope this helps anyone that follows.
