Yes the thank you page works perfectly but the information of the member will not go to the participants list.

Hi,
I’m still facing this same problem, I have tried everything you have told me to do but it’s still giving me that problem. When a member sign up in the sign form it directs the member to the thank you page as it supposed to work, but it doesn’t add the member to the list of participants.

I am the administrator, the problem is after updating the participants database to the newer version I got a message saying it is not compatible to the current version of the php I was using so I began to face issues with the participants database. The first issue was that I couldn’t do anything with my participants database, whenever I execute it this is the message I got “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” latter on u updated my php and I saw that it was working for sometimes but right now, when a participant sign up on my site using the participants database form it tells the person he or she has successfully signed up but the information of the person do not reflect on the list of participants at my end. The is the problem I’m facing now.
