I set up the WildCard entry in the cPanel account, but we were only pointing the A Record to the hosting. Maybe that’s the issue?

I created a CNAME record, tickets.thecatshowlive.co.uk and pointed it to thecatshowlive.co.uk and that now shows a blank directory instead of the home page of WordPress.

What am I doing wrong?

It was an old website and I didn’t know they previously had ReCaptcha keys there. I’ve deleted them and it’s worked. I don’t need to regenerate them as we stop spam in other ways.

One additional thing, I’ve noticed if I open up either calendar.php file in my browser I get the following…

We’ve checked the ‘Styling Options (Advanced)’ section and both options are set to ‘Yes’. We haven’t disabled the styling.

I’ve tried disabling them and enabling them to see if that fixed it, but it didn’t work.

How can we fix the div that you mentioned?

No, we don’t have any cache or optimisation plguins.

We made the changes in Appearance > Customise and then clicked the ‘Publish button. Is there anything else we should do?
